Refund and Returns Policy
We are currently accepting returns & exchanges on online orders. where Click & Collect is available. Damaged packaging or products will not be returned.
Please follow these steps to process a Return or Exchange:
STEP ONE: Send us an email to info@melbournescooters.com.au
Contact the Online Customer Service team on 03 9699 6000 to lodge your request for a Return or Exchange
The team will facilitate your refund or exchange.
STEP 2: When you have been advised to do so, bring your online order back to the store.
STEP 3: Contact the store by phone when you have arrived, click here for store contact details
*Refunds and Exchanges that have not been authorised by the Online Customer Service team will not be accepted.
**Multiple exchanges of an item are not permitted.
